Support shaped around your needs

You don’t need to know the exact service before reaching out. We’ll talk through what feels hard, what kind of support may fit, and what the work would realistically involve and cost.

Virtual Family Coaching

$60/hour

For support that can happen without an in-home visit, including planning, resource navigation, advocacy preparation, body doubling, follow-through, or talking through one focused area of family life.

Advocacy Preparation

Organize questions, notes, priorities, and next steps before school or provider conversations so you feel more prepared for what you want to ask, share, or understand.

Focused Family Support

Generally $65–$80/hour, depending on scope

For support involving more observation, problem-solving, hands-on implementation, caregiver coaching, routines and transitions, home environment support, research, documentation, or follow-up.

The price depends on the work involved, including what happens before and after the time spent together.

Making It Work

For the recommendation that makes sense on paper, the recurring problem that keeps falling apart, or the thing you have already tried that is not translating into real family life. We can look at what is getting in the way and find something practical to try next.

How Scope and Pricing Stay Clear

Some support will have more than one need. Recurring family support, research-heavy work, advocacy preparation with additional follow-up, or blended projects may need a custom written scope based on the actual work involved.

Before support begins, we agree on what the work includes and what it will cost. Depending on the support, that may include the focus, dates or hours, location, travel, child-related care, caregiver participation, communication, documentation, materials, and a review or end point.

Pricing is part of that conversation. We may sometimes use an intentionally reduced or individually arranged price when it is sustainable to do so. Those arrangements are private and do not change the value or standard pricing of the work.

Nothing quietly becomes unlimited messaging, research, documentation, or rolling access.

IFC is not therapy, clinical treatment, legal representation, special-education representation, formal case management, medical care, custody evaluation, school evaluation, or crisis support.
